Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Unwashed

With all tags attached

Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with these Terms.
