SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified prior to shipment.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order.
If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder.

Due to limited releases and high demand, items may become unavailable after purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All orders are subject to review and may be cancelled at our discretion.

SHIPPING

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to operational or carrier-related factors.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping delays may occur during special releases or peak periods.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If you purchase through the Site (distance transaction), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

CANCELLATION FEE

A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value may apply, as permitted under applicable law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • In a condition suitable for resale

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Approved refunds will be processed within the timeframe required under applicable law.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact support@lereyaaaaaa.com with your order number and requested size.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

LIMITED RELEASES

Certain items may be designated as limited releases.

Any specific return limitations applicable to such items will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.
